From the beginning, Malanta has focused on solving one of the central challenges in plant-based proteins: making realistic whole-cut products available at true commercial scale.

Our goal is to deliver whole-cut plant-based steaks that combine high quality with price accessibility, enabling these products to move from a niche concept to broad market adoption.

This capability is made possible through technology originating from the laboratory of Prof. H. Shpaisman at Bar-Ilan University in Israel, now patented and developed for industrial production.

Malanta works with distributors, brokers, and private-label partners to produce high-quality whole-cut products at scale.
Our objective is to achieve both price parity and structural fidelity with traditional meat cuts, opening a significant global opportunity for plant-based proteins.
